Job summary

We have a community website built on WordPress running at os.me today. We are looking for full time developers to enhance & maintain the website.


Enhancement activities that are taken up today are:

  • New Feature Implementation – These features leverage a plugin capability or default WordPress capability to meet Growth or Community requirements of os.me.
  • UX Changes – os.me website is responsive and sometimes the UX is found less than ideal and at times, UX changes are done as an enhancement.

We are looking for a front end developer who is fantastic with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery and Web Standards. We are building a world class community & we are expecting the front end developer to have a passion for building world class user experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Be confident with deep knowledge of WordPress stack. BuddyPress & BuddyBoss knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Positive personality who is willing to take on challenging assignments.
  • Great at communication with ability to use technical tools (like Github) to communicate effectively during development.
  • LOTS of experience with editing WordPress themes / plugins (no beginners)
  • Fantastic with CSS & jQuery. Knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks would be wonderful.
  • Produce organized, clean code adhering to best practices.
  • Manage their time and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Git.
